I think I remember seeing some Monte Carlo SS schemes in one of them, just like in the pictures you have. It also includes schemes that have decals of older cars. There are also tons of skin packs with tons of skins that can be found in the forums. While it hasn't been updated in quite a while due to the author quitting modding and moving on with his life, it still works without any issues as far as anyone knows.
